Can you specify how is messes the hud? D4Menu for now is not very compatible with other mods. As Doom4GZ mod is not compatible with Brutal Doom and other mods, same as Zion is not compatible with other mods as well. It might work, but that's not guaranteed.

Sorry, no plans for making it on Doomsday engine for now, but maybe later.

This is intended :) The mod gives you Doom4 like experience.
