The launcher won't run the game as an application - the process starts and I have to run task manager and click on the process for the application to start, which is proving to be very unreliable. This problem is endemic, I encountered on previous builds... any fixes?
That engagement actually bugs me, because German armored superiority was afforded by their ability to engage at longer ranges and this is barely possible in CoH, even with your mod. It would make positioning all the more important as the Germans and maneuver a necessity for the Allies, as it should be.
I lost over a thousand men to a single Bedoin troop (600) with 20 formations including Grenadiers, Musketeers, Lancers, Light Cav, and both 6lb and 12lb cannons. What gives?

Playing as Brazil, I invaded Uruguay with plans to conquer the rest of Latin America and upon achieving the conquer victory and annexing the country I lost my status as a regional power and became a "developed country" thereby losing all my research weight. I don't know if that's a bug or not, but it was game breaking. Also, the game crashes frequently.
The Sherman (76) was close enough to penetrate, but again was under psych effect and not even engaging my Tiger. I'd flanked him and his turret remained still. Also, using the halt order is no good if you're in a situation like I was with many threatening targets, demanding prioritization.

Just lost a Tiger. A Sherman with a long 76mm armament contracted "Tigerphobia" and my eyes fell on my previously undamaged Pzkpfw. VI brewing up. Not a bazooka in sight, just a tank shocked Sherman crew. Aside from losing the near apex of German armor to spontaneous combustion, a Panzer IV Ausf J was killed when they received an attack order and complied by immediately driving straight at it's target, giving the Sherman time to annihilate an infantry squad I neglected to care for as a I watched baffled as the Panzer decided to follow instead of attack its target. Bummer, huh?
Haha the point would be to offset the cost of existing units and provide adequate support for combat forces. Realism.
I love that the campaign is playable with this mod, makes it 100% better. Would it be possible, or preferable for you as modders, to remove the pop cap in campaign?

Strikes me as something worthy of a fix, when you guys run out of any more pressing matters. Very very very impressed though, and soooo glad I can issue an attack order without the unit interpreting such as a move order.
Idk if it is a bug, but Commonwealth infantry all use scoped Enfields.

I bought the game solely for this mod, and I can't say I was either disappointed nor impressed. I'd like to play it, but the one time I tried I had to reference to an obscure install method, and even then multiple failed attempts had me very stressed out. In addition when I purged all of the mod files and tried to re-install with a patch I lost audio... the launcher has only ever started Vanilla NTW, could this be to Steam launch options? thanks.
By first world war standards, French tanks were fine. Hell, the French have usually been on top of the armor game, as far as models fielded are concerned.
Yeah, ran the installer and clicked install location to CoH directory. I got called an ugly name and turned around and re installed. With me so far? When Coh Relaunch directory is selected, the installer added "/Company of Heroes", stopping the data from going to directory. *******.
Excellent excellent excellent mod, very challenging, comprehensive and well done in a manner few CoH mods are. Would like to issue an informal bug report, in two maps I've screenshot player infantry (Wehrmacht both times) caught frozen between buildings and heavy cover props. Occurred on Kaundorf and another map, whose title you'll be able to deduce from the screenshots,should you wish they be posted.
Also... cavalry? In the late, mobile, war mounted infantry seems viable and while I'm unaware of any use on the Western Front in 1918 horse troops fought on the Eastern fronts in both World Wars.
Any plans for the K.u.K to field their Skoda 305 mortars at all? Would make for a great emplacement, and would be a perfect heavy weapon for an army lacking any effective measures against armor and hard targets like bunkers.
Not always true. In World War II, both the Soviets and the Germans suffered high officer casualty rates, with the Wehrmacht actually losing higher percentages of officers than it was NCOs and enlisted men. Though, the U.S. only lost one general officer through the entire war.

The plural of equipment and equipment are one and the same, ffr pal. Ever heard of Japan? South Korea? Even if they weren't our valued allies with tank fleets of their own, we have things there called Airfields, and when you absolutely need to you actually can put an 70-ton MBT on aircraft. Despite all that, google RO-RO craft...
I only ever played a few games, never really explored Hardcore, so thanks I'll be sure to do that. My problem was having a single Tank I had to protect on a large battlefield, while PLA AI had fleets of armor pouring through my flanks...
The Iraqi's fielded T-72s as well... T-55s are incredibly antiquated. And yeah, the ZTZ99 is going to be similar to the Abrams because the Abrams set the standard for modern armor. They all have heli engines, 120mm smoothbores and composite armor of classified thickness.
