Yes.
Glad to see you guys are still working on this ^^
Damn, I feel like surrendering from that massive base he has lol.
Nice work. :)
Congratulations on the official release! :)
Ah. Thats a very odd bug. Actually incredibely odd... Huh, i wonder what caused it.
Ah, thanks for the response.
And i'm excited to play some more.
Though i'm still sad to see all those rude comments, i feel many people have been spoiled by mods like Underhell or Black Mesa.
What i really like about your mods, is that they take me back to when insane graphical, or engine overhauls, weren't necessary to make a great mod.
I think the biggest art of your mod work so far, is just how much you manage to do, with stock Source assets.
I did notice that The Closure has some new code, that's a first, right?
Played abit of it so far.
Still too early to give a solid opinion. In anycase, i was impressed by the amount of work you put into it already.
Though, i'm heart broken to see the rudeness that's unfolding over on RTSL.
It seems alot of it comes from people expecting a Valve tier game... Which made me wonder, why is the mod called "Half-life 2: Episode 3" in the gameinfo?
Ohhh yees!
Finally, it is time. ;)
Sadly i don't have it anymore. However, it will be available in the mod: The Closure. I originally made it for Spy-Maps who's the developer of that mod.
I'm honestly surprised and impressed that you did this.
Good job Leon. You sure are a man with lots of talent :)
Also, i'll try to remember to wish you a happy birthday once its time x)
Very very impressive. I was going "woah" at many segments of the video.
You're doing a VERY amazing job.
Here's a .gif of how the bolt carrier assembly works:

This sounds great, and you bring up some good points, especially some of the things developers have to consider.
I can really see why it has taken this long to put it together, but projects that has been given this much attention, for so many years, are bound to be amazing.
I'm very excited for this mod. Its one of the only Source mods i have anticipated in years, and its good to finally see that its getting close to a release.
Goodluck with the final stages, Leon :)
Enjoy your first comment in like... 2 years or so
I do agree that the white balls need some changing. But people, please remember, this is still work in progress. Nothing is final yet.
Anyways, i really like the part where Gordon flies through time and space, that was creatively impressive lol.
Darn, this is playing out to be one epic mod. Good job Leon ;)
Congratulations ;)
Good to see a well deserving mod, made it into the top 100s :D!
This looks amazing so far. I am already looking forward to it's release (as i have been for a while)
Hopefully it will be as enjoyable as V1 was :)
cheers!
Sure have gotten your talents places, congrats man!
I am personally happy about the last comment about work continuing on Underhell.
I was worried with all those other amazing things going on, that it would drop down on your priority list (or fall off completely.)
Anyways, goodluck :)
Looks very good so far!
Also, those tunnels, are they actually inside the Borealis, or are they a different part? If inside, i would say they do not fit too much.
As far as i know, Borealis isn't supposed to be a 'cruise' ship and more like a Container ship. In some old maps from before Half-life 2 was released, you get some very nice impressions as to how the Borealis should look inside.
But everyone is free to make their own artistic impressions.
Anyways, keep up the good work :)
This look epic. I just can't wait xD
Meh, it's sad that money got such a high vote... Everyone from big companies to people supposedly making mods out of love for games think about money.
I'd be disappointed if i made a mod that got a MOTY and was given money, i didn't make the mod for money, i made it because of love for the game, it's based on.
There's too much money being pulled into the mod scene these days, not many people make mods out of love or passion for games anymore. :/
Actually they did plan to implement them, but now with the HD reworks, they wont be doing it anytime soon.
Also G'day Rrtaya_Tsamsiyu, i think we've met before lol.
People obviously can't handle that the basics of the ordinary Generals gameplay is tampered with, even when its not forced on them.
It seems a mod is only good to most people when they add nothing but new badazz units to blow stuff up with.
I personally love Contra to bits, there are a few things that can bother me. But i can see why they did it, and that makes me accept it. I love how they rebalanced the overall gameplay, introduction of the rank-up to get better buildings and units was probably the best.
People are actually forced to use their lower end units, that are otherwise untouched, because HEY OVERLORDS!
So i totally agree with you, i hope the developers wont take this too closely and continue with Contra. It is one of the best mods i've ever played.
Big four legged robot: Leo mech, taken straight from Remix Escalation, huge super unit, obtained by building it as any other building.
Small building to the left with door: Spider Web Defense, meant for the Super Weapon faction but has been 'commented' out in the code. Has patriot missiles and 'mine spiders'
quad barreled cannon: Stix AA defense. Does what it says on the box.
twin barreled tank: Mammoth, reskin of another unit from Remix Escalaton.
Unit beside it: MLRS Missile Launcher - basically same as tomahawk.
Truck behind it: Supply vehicle.
Large scary structure: EMP defense, disables anything within a massive radius.
Beside it: Grendel Anti-tank defense. Pretty much the same as a gattling gun, just it fires tank shells.
And last but not least, the laser fence, reworked object from the original Generals.
Surrounded...
Don't go swimming.
Woah how negative people can be lol.
I think they look pretty good.
Thank you guys <3
I haven't been able to find ANY other tools that convert FDA, thank you so much. Your mod rocks btw :)
