Go to the kitchen and try to open the letter using the cooking pot. After that, use the knife in the first room.
Batteries are in the cupboard at the entrance. You have to look at the radio first (right mouse button). If you use the batterie with the radio you need a screw driver first. It's in the cupboard in the second sleeping room.
That's how adventures working ;)

btw: I'm the same Ratchet from the Arokh's lair forums you have send the savegame that was crashing while the transmorph-sequence. Now I'm stuck again but I will wait until the mod released ;)

The feature list sounds great. Can't wait for it! Currently the game always crashes at the last level :D Keep up this fantastic work.
