Hi RaptorKlaw, can I use Carnivores 2+ as a base for a mod that I am putting together?

It's going to be using the Modders Edition Engine to add a lot of standalone mods like PohaRex's Burianosaurus all into one game. It's basically complete, but I need to ask for everyone's permission before I release it.
