On the Linux version, I put DUKE3D.GRP in the same directory as eduke32_sonic3d binary and sonic3d bash script, and everything goes well when I run the script, except only DukeNukem3D demo starts instead of Sonic 3D. Is the directory structure supposed to be different or something?

You say you got Sonic 3D to work?
