No its not a virus. Just some guys are uploading dbs in exe(install) format, but we asked do not do that. So those guys could put some viruses in that exe (installer) so please download ONLY our files, not the files uploaded by someone. We have a lot of mirrors. check www.DragonBallSource.com for them.
