Starcraft: Ghost will come out... simple nuff? Blizzard would really hurt if it doesnt. and dont say they will hurt if it does come out, becase you know people will buy it, or atleast give it a rent.

Our mod will come out, aslong as we dont run into certain... "troubles" should we say? =)

Starcraft Ghost is stealth, and FPS view dont look that great, cheap dull textures and stuff.

Greatest game ever 10/10

Our plans were to add some RPG elements to the gameplay aswell, and we are thinking that protoss and zerg may be playable in multiplayer, but I dont know how far you will get as a zergling =P

As for single Player, good old fashon marine style.

Kudos to you my friend. I believe that Blizzard should make a good old fashoned 2-D RTS.. and call it Starcraft II. Blizzard should be thanking us for keeping the Starcraft name alive.. they should be thanking the entire mod community. To create something so great, and them to just bury it, and slap anyone who trys to dig it up.. thats just stupid.

p.s. We are working as hard as we can =)

what is the poly count? I think you should up that a bit... reflect maps.. and.. worn edges, so you can see raw metal. this is good.. not great. Just experiment more!

We have a detailed technical drawing of the ghost rifle.. but not for the gauss rifle, so what you see here was basically taken from bits and pieces of images I found all over the internet, and we shaped it into this. And you will get to use a ghost rifle in the game, they will be diffrent. trust me!

we are gunna start modeling intensively now, and we jsut got a new mapper... Dom, one of out 3-d modelers is moving, so he wont have internet for 6weeks, so he is sure to get alot of stuff done. look for updates.

We have a test map... we have edited code values.. we compliled a version to test it out.. does that not count as an alpha build?
we may not have implimented models yet, but we are getting there. we have several models near completion.

Well, we most likely wont have to deal with them.. as we are changing characters, ideas, names, places... its "simalar" to starcraft ;) you will find most of it to be very familiar though.

i cant stand that program.. i use open canvas 3.03..... and this was drawn in... less that one minute, no kidding. =)
and i have a tablet.

early development changes.. such as recoil.. dmg.. and the such.. i will be building a test map firing range to test things out soon =)

we are trying out various things, we already have half of the bunker modeled.

Trying to get a test map up and runing in the engine, then hopefully we can get some pre made models to throw in, and mess with the values to get everything balanced out, then eventually replace the models with our own, and start testing scrpits.

110% halo 2 knockoff.... use used models you downloaded for other sites, and... wuts up with the energy sword from halo 2? why is it based on hl2 substanence ... if its.... not .... lame

sadly, you are probably right, but we will keep going till the day we get that e-mail telling us to stop.

We did send them an e-mail asking pernission, but we got a responce completely diffrent than we hoped for. they didnt tell us anything helpfull at all. We may still try to come thru with this mod, but it will be hard to do.
