I found the problem
you need create a account in Steam, after create the account, you should open steam and after push installing patch 1016 recognize steam and the launcher ask for directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Company of Heroes\" this is for 2602 vesion after that push install and the launcher complete the instalation...
the patch 1017 is manual instalation....if you have problem talk to me...
