Sorry, I think it's illegal to mod consoles.
@ Goblin69
If you go to Passwall - the first town that you come to in Shivering Isles - and then look for one of those statue things right down by the water. You should be able to recognise the exterior from the screenshots.
What you need is the COBL addition - I've made that clearer in the description. Download it here:

Pah! No bloody sense of humour, you kids ...
Yes, you need both Bloodmoon and Tribunal to use this.
@ mr burns, no - it works alongside any themes you have. It just makes it bigger.
This is a PC-only mod. On my screen (and on the 'edit' tab) is says that the mod is for the PC, so I have no idea why it's appearing in the 360 section. Must be a site issue.
@ JSNU75, falling through space is a known mod issue that isn't really because of any fault with the mod - it tends to happen randomly with every type of mod - and may be a savegame corruption issue like the 'disappearing doors' issue with Morrowind. If it happens in your game, just use the ` key to open the console and type tcl to toggle off the collision. Just float over to the next room and then type it again to resume collision.
The second secret entrance is right outside the SI gate.
I'm not going to respond to complaints about it being too hard to get in. If it's any easier, people complain, so that's just tough.
TROLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL IN THE DUNGEON ....
I didn't make Bravil Sea Domes. Check www.oblivionsrealestate.com for both Silorn Manor and Bravil Sea Domes.
Yes, there are two secret entrances, but if you use them without getting in as normal, you miss out the quest to acquire the house.
To use the main entrance, please see my other response about switching your borders off.
Ah ... turns out that there WAS an instruction on border removal on the download page, but you had to expand the box to read it. I've re-posted the note on the front page description.
Ah, you need to switch your borders off. I'll update the description to make that clearer:
Simply follow the mapmarkers added by the journal entries. The village itself is located through a hidden door in the waterfall out the mouth of the river Strid, just south of Skingrad. You may need to switch off your borders to access the village - either download one of the many border-removal mods or switch them off in the .ini file. Find bBorderRegionsEnabled in the .ini and change the value to 0.
I'm pretty sure this is the PC section. It says "Platform = PC" on the top-right panel.
In case you missed the update, here is the download link:

Leyawiin is a completely self-contained city like Mournhold, all in interiors. There is transport to/from Balmora's Guild of Mages. Leyawiin is a large city, with an additional docks area and two sewer systems on top of what is included in Oblivion. There are also additional NPCs and buildings, plus full faction quests for the guilds.
This mod is absolutely awesome!
Those on lower-end machines may like to investigate Qarl's Texture Pack 2, from the same author, which has a number of FPS-saving add-ons.

Whoops! *blush* I meant to post that in response to a comment on another mod! Had two windows open there. Sorry.
Nice mod, btw.

TES_Chrisse - thanks for the kind words - the music in the trailers is from the Daggerfall Music Pack, adapted for Morrowind by Zenogias.
Planet Elder Scrolls today inducted Mournhold Expanded into its prestigious Hall of Fame.
The title is awarded each month to the highest-voted and most-downloaded mods.
Just to answer the question on how to download, go here:
There are numerous downloads available, as the team approached each city. and work continues to this day.
