I don't know. I'll find time for that on the weekends during college. But 1.4 will definitely be released this year. Now I'm planning to add some more skins, for now 1.4 development is inactive because of troubles with PB 3.0 SMG (I went like AAAAAA when I saw another PB 3.0 request). And yeah, I wanted to release 1.4 update with PB SMG skin only, because it took a long time to make.
Maybe if I won't die from porting PB SMG.
Ok. I like RipInStyle pack more, because it looks minimalistic in addons section (I think that several skins in a row doesn't look good).
It's already in upcoming 1.4 pack, but there are some bugs in reloading sprites. Still don't know how does it work.
I don't know. As I think, Tomtefar's Extension uses it's own sprites. Maybe I will make some addons compatible with TE in the future, we'll see.
You can use it in testmap (Brutal Doom options) or download Extermination Day in BD forum (Bug Reporting (Extermination Day)).

I saw the upgraded version for PB Autoshotgun, so I decided to replace both the Pump and the Assault Shotguns with it.
This week. I have a puppy who has lost his owner, so I will find a minute to update RipInStyle to version 1.4.

Maybe you selected PB 2.03 Minigun.pk3 first or dragged them by clicking on the addon. Try to use ZDL, if it still doesn't work.

I was struggling with reload animations (because BD uses one of the first frames after reload is successful). The remaining sprites already have their own offsets, so I wasn't need to set them for myself. Also I haven't found PB 3.0 HUD icon for SMG, so I took it from 2.03 version.
I'll give it a chance.
I think I can replace both Pump Shotgun and Autoshotgun with this one.
