If you see a ton of official patches and tools in the latest file uploads list, that would be me archiving all the good stuff developers have been giving us over the years, with the staff's blessing. This was mostly a dump of files made to fill the gap in GameFront's library before it was relaunched as its own thing in 2018.
Description
This pack contains Allied unit and building art for C&C: Red Alert 3. Another helper for the Mod SDK. It comes with the .max, .w3x, and texture files. Good for seeing how the game is constructed.

You don't. This isn't a mod, these are assets that already exist in the game, extracted by the devs for convenience and for learning how things work. Check the RA3 Mod SDK documentation for more info.
