Here is the development sketches for our main villain in the game. He's an EVIL rat who practices the dark realms of magic. These were exploratory. I wanted to mash up the art style of Jack Kirby with a hint of Mumraa and a twist of Dr Doom. I also threw in the secret of Nimh for extra measure. I think I nailed what I wanted in this first try. Below is the final colored version....

So glad to become a part of this community. Came here after reading Marketing quest article from jamogames I'm a professional Animator who started my own studio to create awesome characters and support those characters through gaming, books & animation (things I love most). So far so good. Successfully self funded my first children's book on kickstarter and then took that same character and developed him into his first gaming App with no investment, just labor of love. Wanted to join the community here to meet new peeps who love cool games and share my development on our new games.
