I can't do anything untill Arsenal Overaul got updated for COCH 1.5.
Be sure you are playing 1.4.22 version of the game + Arsenal Overhaul 3 (v.5) weapon mod.
Once you open the zone map in your PDA, click "N" or "M" key on your keyboard. Those two keys are for turning on/off faction patches in the map.
This mod should affect only your power. Not NPC's. Are you sure your exoskeleton is in a good condition ? The more damaged outfit the more you're vulnerable.

Maybe he was killed. That's why you didn't find him at rookie village there. It happend to me. I found him dead on the ground.
Warfare REPO version from May 12th 2017 + Freedom faction. After cca 1 hour of playing the Freedom trader became hostile to me. I'm sure I didn't injured him with my weapon or a grenade. He just became my enemy and he refuse to talk to me. Also I noticed one extra technician and one neutral soldier in Army warehouses {at Freedom base). So there are two technicians at the Freedom base. It would not be a problem but what **** me off is the trader. I can't sell or buy any stuff from him.
You must enter Agroprom underground and kill all military soldiers there to stop them spawning in Agroprom area. The same case is in Dark valley and Yantar area. There are enemy soldiers in the underground there. They keep spawning there.
I think enemy's dying animations have nothing to do with "increased weapon damage" mod.
I think S.t.a.l.k.e.r pc game is not a "Weapon simulator". Of course the guns don't sound realistic. They just sounds better (at least for me) than vanila game guns.
Use shotguns (Saiga, Vepr, Mossberg...) to kill mutants easily.
Is someone planning to make and Arsenal Overhaul compatibility mod for Stalker Lost Alpha ? I've been playing Stalker - Call of Chernobyl with Arsenal Overhaul mod for over one year now. It would be quite painful for me to play Lost Alpha with the vanilla weapons.
No it isn't. But I think there is another mod in the addon section dedicated to STCoP weapon pack to increase weapon damage.
I'm not sure. First backup your "gamedata" folder. Then apply my mod. Overwrite existing files. Give it a go. If it doesn't work, delete your "gamedata" folder in your "Stalker - CoC" folder and copy "gamedata" folder you saved before applying my mod to your "Stalker - CoC" folder.
It's compatible with Outfit Addon + Arsenal Overhaul 3.1(v.5).

What parameter in warfare option am I supposed to edit to decrease of NPC amount ? I've set preset option to "v.1 faster (less squads active.ltx)"
To werejew: We conquered Army warehouses. It was playable there. Once warehouses conquered we invaded Dead City. The problem with laggy game appeared again. Here is the log file: Pastebin.com
Warfare v.2 (repository March 3 2017) + Military faction + preset (faster v.1 LessSquadActive.ltx) + All out War. We captured Agroprom, Great swamps, Garbage, Cordon, Dark Scape, Dark Valley, Truck Cemetery, Rostok and Wild territory. Capturing Agroprom, Great swamps, Garbage, Cordon, Truck Cemetery and Dark Scape was pretty good. But once we entered Dark Valley, especially Bandit's main base, the game got laggy. There were a lot of Loners at the Bandit's base. I didn't count them, but the game was laggy. I massacred them with VOG granates. Once they were reduced, the game became pretty smooth. Another laggy problem was in Rostok and Wild Territory. There were Loners, Freedom and Duty soldiers in Rostok. The game got laggy. I let my soldiers to kill them almost completely to stabilize the game. Similar situation occured at Wild territory. There were Loners (again), Bandits and Mercenaries. Again I let my soldiers to kill some of enemies so that the game was more smooth. I could save my game during the laggy part of the game. I could upload the log file content to pastebin(dot)com if werejew want it.

My new squads are spawning pretty fast. They listen to my commands. Loners are pretty aggressive. Another factions are active as well. I'm pretty happy I can fight against some aggresive soldiers and not against none active ones as it was before. The squads I bought do appear in my PDA like my companions. But problem is that they're not travelling with me to another location. I bought them in Agroprom but once I entered The Great swamps or Garbage they were not with me there. I have found them after I returned back to Agroprom. Another problem is (i think it's more like the main game problem related) once I say my companion soldier "I need to travel on my own from here" (two times), they agree but they're following and chasing me anyway. I can't get rid of them. Another problem is at Clear sky base. The mechanic and trader refuse to speak to me. Only the medic is willing to speak. We conquered just Agroprom, Garbage, Cordon and Great swamps. I'll let you know once we conquer another locations. But as I said before this version of warfare is the best so far.
warfare v.2 + Mercenary faction + All out War. We conquered Freedom base in Army warehouses. Trader is OK but the mechanic doesn't want to talk to me. I cannot repair my weapons there. Another thing I don't like is that the other factions are not expanding. They seem to be idle. I would like them to be more agressive. Is there any parameter in warfare options to set them to be more agresive ?
I've noticed that mechanic in Jupiter base (Nitro I quess) didn't spawn there. I couldn't repair my weapons in Jupiter location. I played Duty faction + All out War so the mechanic in the ecologist bunker was also useless.
I have the similar problem. Once we conquer enemy's base, both trader and mechanics refuse talking to me. But I solved the problem by quick-saving and quick-reloading the game (3 times repeating). I didn't do that in Yantar though. Maybe it will work there as well.

OK. Thanks. Could you increase squads spawning time ? I mean I need my new soldiers to be ready a bit faster.
Warefare 1.9.5 + Military faction: We conquered Agroprom, Great swamps, Garbage and Cordon. The mass spawning of enemies is gone. It's pretty good now. Once we attacked the Rookie camp in Cordon, an inscription appeared. It reads: :lim_smart_terrain_6 has more than 25 squads !". I returned back to Great swamps location but the inscription is still there. It's not so annoying. I don't care. But what annoys me is that slow spawning of my faction squads. Loners are pretty aggressive. They can kill my soldiers quite easily. It seems like Loners has better armour or stronger outfits or what. I need my new squads to spawn faster. It's pretty hard to fight all by myself.
Try to change "faction Expansion..." parameter in "warfare options". I think default value is "50". Set it to "75". Apply changes and start a new game.
