About the propaganda thing, both fighting parties have gains and losses. The historical footage on the beginning of the video was there to get some Cold War vibes.
Wel guys after two years of not knowing why this vehicle crashes I finally found a fix. I had to replace a sentence in the meat_matv.tweak. The sentence 'ObjectTemplate.aiTemplate meat_matv' should be replaced with 'ObjectTemplate.aiTemplate usjep_hmmwv'. After that it's working fine for me.

Great work, I enjoy the vehicles very much, especially the M1A1. The only improvement I can think of is the lack of passengers by some of the vehicles. For the rest it's all fantastic. Well Done!

Wow, I did know that Romania was a bit more independent in the Warsaw pact. But I did not know that they were so independent that they got French helicopters. Very interesting.

While making this I took some inspiration from multiple things that led me to the idea of a Warsaw Pact starting invasion.
The first thing, I took inspiration of, was the Seven Days to the River Rhine plan of the Warsaw pact. In this plan, Warsaw Pact forces would move in the direction of the river rhine and crush the Nato forces that are in the way.
The second thing, I took inspiration of, was the movie the movie "world war III" from 1998 or originally named "Der dritte Weltkrieg". In this movie the cold war has an alternate ending. Because of tensions between Nato and the Warsaw Pact a war starts. In the start of the war, the Warsaw Pact has the advantage. Later, after Nato aircampaings, Nato forces are turning the tide. Another thing that I took from this movie was the war in the city of Hamburg.
The third thing, I took inspiration of, were the huge amounts of troops and military equipment the Warsaw Pact had. I think that this fact could possibly have given the Warsaw Pact the upperhand in the start of a war.

M1911 Sound Bug(or is it a feature)
For some the M1911 firingsound is sounding pretty buggy and laggy. It may has something to do with the firing speed of the weapon. This video shows where I am typing about:
(Yes it is the loud and laggy sound on the background. Probably made by the bots)
I also have experienced this bug when modding/messing up Battlefield 2 by a SKS and also a M1911 addon. I fixed it by giving the weapon a different firingsound.
I hope this comment may helped with the development of the mod.
Wel I had been playing the mod for 25 min/ half an hour. I started the map operation harvest, played as the Bundeswehr, took a plane, flew around a bit and than crash.
However, I have some experience with these kind of crashes. I have had the same crashes sometimes in my personal mod/experimental addoncontent mess.
So it could be that these kind of crashes are caused by
- Something to do with my pc and/or operating system.
- Something to do with my Battlefield 2.
- Something to do with the mod and my experimental addoncontent mess.
Or it was just an onetime crash and it will never happen again.
I recorded the first time playing this mod. I recorded until Battlefield 2 for some reason crashed. It is mostly Bundeswehr gameplay. I have a cutted version of the video with the best parts and an uncutted version. I hope these video's will have some usefull footage to promote the mod.

I have to admit that I have no idea where to post these videos, so I putted it in comment section. The videos are of course free to use or to edit.
Nice T-80 tank.
I've tested it on the custom Berlin remake map.
According to my playtest the tank plays as a heavy vehicle. That's because it looks big with heavy armor and has a lot of lives. According to the files it has 2000hp and that is twice amount of a T-90. Even tough it's a heavy vehicle it was still pretty fast. I raced around with the tank in the Berlin map. But before I could get some speed the tank had to wait for a short time. All of this is my experience with the T-80.
Conclusion I think the T-80 is a heavy but also a pretty fast vehicle.
Good luck with the mod. It looks like a true challenger to GEN OST.
