When the beta is scheduled to go live on Wednesday you'll also be able to pre-order the game on steam. Those who pre-order get to play the beta :3

In the full version you'll be able to upgrade the Sniper rifle far above lvl 2 ;)

Have no fear, the Glider and the Spore Pod will not be the only flying enemies :]

We've tweaked the price of towers as well as the resource gain, so you should now be able to build much more freely. You still need to prioritize what to build, though.

This game is so awesome.

The Mod version of Sanctum was indeed free, and still is. The Mod version has been improved and remade using the UDK and is available for download as a demo version. This demo version will ofc always be free and it may be updated once the full version is released.
The full version of Sanctum will not be free, though it will feature a lot more content than the demo version.

It sounds like you're running win7 and havent set the admin rights correcltly. Try right clocking the file and choose "run as administrator".
If this doesnt work I reccomend you to post a detailed description of the problem on our forums.

Unfortunatley, no, it is not.
This version is updated with more of the "real" mechanics ie. you can now build the maze yourself, dynamic pathfinding, more towers, more creeps etc.It really is a totally different experience compared to the old version.

We are actually working on the Co-op right now, and plan for it to be ready for the november beta release.
