has anyone else encountered the problem where you can't buy arrows anywhere later on in the game?

how do you go on a campaign to the holy land without hurting relations between your respective country and the islamic enemies is in the holy land?

I had the same problem but I found out there is acctualy someone there but because all the AI's are in the way so what you do is you run to the corner before anyone else and you can kill him if it doesn't work then sorry it worked for me
