Well, the car does move as well as the guy next to it. Different cars and people randomly pass that bridge. I must admit that the texturing and shaders of the car are WIP and that those buildings receive bit too much sunlight compared to this dark canal.
There is no point at charging money from the half of the game, it would just give little short-sighted gain and ultimately ruin the potential of the whole game and community.

If you mean that the old skybox fitted better or just that the map and fog blended with it better?
Adding some hanging stuff to the mouth wont be a problem.
