Compatibility with "Dramatic Vivec" mod would be much appreciated! The capital is the only place, where I feel the need for some variety!
Also there is a mod called "Illuminated Palace of Vivec" which is a fantastic lore-friendly idea (a real FPS killer sadly). Some content like that could make the atmosphere even deeper!

There is a mod on the nexus, called "Imperials Go Home" and I really love the concept and the execution! I think it'd be a nice fit for the overhaul! Close to vanilla concepts but still new!
I'd love to have a compatibility patch for that, or have something similar but unique in your overhaul!

Btw: Loving the new models! ^^

Ever since I've played the Thief series (don't mind the latest installment... :D)
I've realised the importance of lightning in games. I've always used the lot of lightning mods, especially in Elder Scrolls (darker nights and caves mostly), so I welcome this idea, this will be another great addition to your mod among thousand others.
But as Geroj said, it's very dark. In my opinion this could be helped by giving the windows (those are windows in the background right?) illumination during daylight and a bit stronger candlelights.
I'm happy to see another update!

Looking nice!
Just an offtopic question: are you planning to expand on the agriculture?
i mean fields and gardens for example. i've always found the lack or the scale
of those a bit immersion-breaking in the vanilla (even in Skyrim).
