I’m going to say it again: capturing in this mod is ********. If you get captured, you’re ******. Your clothes get taken, your weapons get taken, your horse gets taken. You end up in an endless loop of being captured by patrols.

Thanks for replying. I really do appreciate the mod. One other complaint I have after playing more yesterday is that patrols will take all of your clothes and weapons after capturing you. It gets especially annoying when you’re stuck in Poland and keep getting caught because you’re naked, unarmed, don’t have a horse and can be outrun by patrols.

I love the mod. I really do. And I comment a lot but it’s just because I have a lot of ideas. The one thing I’d like is rank chevrons for all of the ranks that should have them. Right now it’s just sergeant and chosen man for the rifles. And some British lancers.

I just saw this post from five years ago. Whenever I do Naval Combat it’s sailor on sailor and numbers win.

I also really want marines. Even just as ground troops would be fun.

IIRC they were just called that to appease them about something. Weren’t actually guards.

And some Navy uniforms would be fun as well. Just because they look cool.

Man... most of the models in this game are pretty bad. Then there's the stormies...

Will the finished version have things in those bits if it ever comes out.

I still want Sappers. Axing people to death (not their job but fun nonetheless) sounds like a really solid tactic.

Why is there a Royal Engineers officer uniform if there aren't any Engineers?

One of the things that annoys me is the Edinburgh town centre. It's missing the castle.

So how do people deal with cavalry heavy armies? My riflemen once killed 136 duders and lost 4 but against some lord from Der Rheinbund I lost 39 men within 2 minutes.

I tried forming a square; it didn't help.

So I'm an Austrian Captain with a maximum party capacity of 150. For a while I had 149 various light infantrymen but now I only have 145 because they keep deserting due to low morale. I buy them food and I'm not fighting so I'm not really sure what's going on.

So is this being worked on?

It's hard to get money in the early game. That's really my only complaint.

Any intention for adding trumpeters and the like?

They are actually uglier than the native ones.

Prussia doesn't seem to have NCO uniforms.
