I managed to crush myself right at the start by jumping on the tram seats
e_05a (the generator room) is also very easy to break, the elevator returns back as soon as something blocks it, which resulted into my getting stuck in the void because of the forced level transition

If you're missing the menu, start the mod with "-dev" launch parameter, then open the console in game, type "gamemenucommand opengamemenu" and it should work. In case it doesn't, try "gamemenucommand openoptionsdialog" and change your resolution. At the very last resort you can just type "map 1187d1" to play
