I changed my view point to it doesn't matter what operating system you use as long as the developer fixes the issue in the game or software. As long as the developer takes note from all the operating systems and atleast gives a notice and reports that they are going to fix the game or software.
And Linux is important for it is a open-source alternative that forces microsoft and apple to do better in their operating systems. Also it comes with advantages over other operating systems because it is open-source
This is what I "like" about non-Linux users: they always believe they are more important because there's more of them...
The scenario you suggested is quite ridiculous to begin with, however I will argue that many Linux users will not care if the developer first fixes the Win/Mac version as long as he doesn't forget to fix the Linux version as well. In fact, many Linux gurus would probably offer to help him with the task free of charge. But the real question is: Would the Win/Mac users care if the developer wants to fix the Linux version first? You can be sure they would make such a dramatic uproar about the issue. It makes sense, after all - they are proud of being more numerous, and this guy decided to go with the minority first...
Yeah I see where your getting that linux users don't really care as long as the issue gets addressed. I came to the conclusion that there can't be a bias towards any one of the operating systems because there's no point and its stupid.
I guess I was being stupid when I wrote that mini-blog thing and it doesn't matter now as long as the devloper fixes the problem in the game and takes feedback from all the operating system users problems.
