you might have to add me again, I think something went wrong.
thanks, it was definitely the most ambitious environment I've tried to do.
Back when I was painting these I literally had to process at all for developing an image. I would just jump in and start doing **** hoping it would work some day.
If I had thumb nailed the image and was sure of the composition / what needed to go in it, there wouldn't be too many problems!
It's likely. Great if some of the people interested in mapping did classics.
The game released yesterday, so the community is a little shallow right now.
Check www.twars.org/forums for people to link up with.
I have this feeling that they aren't recruiting. Otherwise I would.

disagree. Tribes is fundamentally jetpack and skiing functionality.
spend some time drawing people from life, I mean naked people in a real deal figure drawing seminar
Trust yourself, and you will walk out each time a changed man.
Thanks, this will certainly come in handy as a de-stressor from painting.
Booting up windows is kind of a pain.
I also recommend Bridgeman's life drawing. He's a little hard to figure out at first... but he's great for gestures and strong poses.
His method consists of breaking down human form into basic geometry, and "building" the figure from there. If that interests you, give him a try.

Hey buckaroo. I'm currently an Environment Artist at Insomniac Games and am unable to contribute to any monetized indie projects at this time.
