Adobekc22, It was not my intention to insult Lyorran. Jedi Outcast is my favourite game, and Expanded Menu is my favourite mod for that game. So, I am really thankful that he created such an amazing and useful mod. That being said, Lyorran is my hero!
And my feedback was just about comparing the two mod versions, not the whole mod, that's probably why it sounded too trivial.

So Lyorran these were just my thoughts that I wanted to write down.
It isn't a request or something like that. Feel free to do what you are doing and feel free to delete my comment if it disturb you.

Hi Lyorran, I've just tried version 2.1 of the mod. The mod is amazing, one of the best mods for this game and certainly the most useful one. But version 2.0 was already perfect for me, so here are some positives & negatives when I compare this new version with the old one.

Positives:
+ Music menu is a nice addition.
+ It is really interesting to try some new camera angles that you have configured and saved.
+ Video in the main menu is really cool.

Negatives:
- Some bots like stormtroopers spam with force powers. I mean this is more challenging of course, but at this point I beat the game about 100 times, so I just play random levels and maps for fun. And it is not fun if you are facing 2 stormtroopers and your force meter is always at 0 because you just need to block their chock attacks with push. So that is a negative for me, because I cannot enjoy lightsaber combat as I did in the version 2.0.
- You messed the lightsaber colours and voices for jedi trainer, master and knight. It is not like in the original SP.
-I don't like that the fire rate of Bryar Blaster is increased. If more fire rate is needed, than one should just use another weapon.
- The HUD is worse than before, especially if you look at the edges. And you still didn't included the original HUD as optional.

So I decided to go back to the version 2.0. I mean the both versions are great and you did an amazing job,but these were some small details that I noticed. Maybe don't waste any time with trying to improve something that is already great and instead try to do something similar for Jedi Academy. Yes I now that we have these huge mods, like movie duels and swgl, but they are really messy and buggy and overloaded with so much unnecessary stuff... Either way thank you for your great mod!

How do you even play this? It has a resolution problem with user interface. Every sub menu has it's own resolution. I cannot even load a level, because I don't see the whole screen and where I am supposed to click.
Even these commands won't help:

I have the same problem, even without this mod. It is because of 3D acceleration. If you turn it off than it works or try disabling crosshair. In either way it is pain in the ***...

About the JA version I could not agree. I've tried Movie Duels and SWGL, and these mods are pretty much unplayable for me, because of bugs. I could only play original levels and duel maps, but even then the saber combat is too much modified and has a bad flow. Not to mention that 5-7GB of my SSD is too much if I only use these standard options. That's why I think that Expanded Menu for JA would be very useful indeed. I would also be willing to give a small donation for the development...

Yes, the HUD is not a big deal and your version 2.0 seems pretty much perfect to me. Maybe because I don't use manual blocking, I play just as it was meant to be played (with some extra realism :).

I just recently played Movie Duels and other popular mods for JA, and I was a little bit disappointed because I play your mode all the time :) Yes they have tons of new stuff, but for someone like me, who prefer the original game it was not so fascinating. Even though they have lots of options I still had to use the console to set the lightsabers, colours or something...

I just wanted to say, that you are my hero man! To create such a useful mod within just 50 mb is amazing! Combined with JK2FX mod it really gives a perfect Jedi Outcast experience.

Thank you very much for this great mod Lyorran! I really like the option to easily select different missions and maps an to easily use cheats. I have only two suggestions if you are planing the future updates:

1. Could you consider adding additional Imperial Base level? This is really the best additional SP level that I have found and it feels like the original Kejim levels.

2. Could you return the beautiful original game HUD, that was slightly changed in your mod?

And it would be great if you could do something similar for JA in the future.

I have the same problem. Great idea, but it is nor playable for me. It seems that the game is not good optimized for Laptop.

Could you upload the Read Me? There is only .pk3 file, and I don't know how to start the level...

That's the best additional single player level you will ever find. It feels like the real game. Thanks for the upload!
