I was referring to myself playing Overkill with Brutal Doom on Black Metal difficulty. It is truly hardcore, which is goddamn awesome.

No, after wrapping zombie's neck with intestines doomguy swings the zombie above his (doomguy's) head and smashes poor undead against the floor, which results in HUGE GUTS splattered all around.

The mod is awesome, but I find Mastermind's gun overpowered. Making shells non-explosive should probably solve this problem.
Also, will there be brutalized HUD? I guess it could be great to have it as some optional feature.
