Haven't actually tried 4.5 yet, but keeping such a big project running so well for multiple years is an achievement in and of itself.

In my opinion: The newly introduced enchantment restrictions, especially for constant effect spells.
I think the player should be able to decide on their own whether a spell effect is too strong or not.
