Co-Founder and CEO of Auricom, Head of the Zasch Family
Normon Zasch is an Alderaanian noble that used his wealth and underworld connections to help with the funding of Praxis's company Auricom. While Praxis fulfills his duties as Grand Moff of the Galactic Empire, Zasch oversees the day-to-day operations of Auricom, ensures that all its facilities are running smoothly, while of course profiting.
The Zasch family was once a noble family of Alderaan many years before its destruction. Though they held some important positions within the government and contributed much to the arts and education, they held little power in comparison to the likes of House Organa and were nowhere near as well known like many of the other noble families. Normon's grandfather Cato Zasch tried to raise his status among the other nobles by any means. He invested heavily in underworld organizations, many other members of the family also got involved in gangs and corrupt businesses. After gaining enough pull in the underworld, he called for the assassination of several rival nobles. These assassination attempts failed, and the Zasch family was investigated. After enough evidence was gathered, Cato was imprisoned and the rest of the family banished from Alderaan. Suffice to say, the House of Zasch was not like the other noble houses. 8 years later Alderaan was annihilated by the Death Star.
By that time the Zasch family was scattered throughout the core worlds either doing business as usual (as gang bosses and criminals) or starting their own legitimate business. When Normon became old enough, he took on the title of head of the Zasch family and reunited them just before he met Praxis. It is unknown how they became allied nor why, but to this day Zasch does everything he can to not only restore power to the House of Zasch but to expand Praxis's wealth and power as well.

Normon Zasch has no special talents other his business savvy and cutthroat tactics in the galactic market. He knows how to handle himself in a gunfight however. Preferring to conduct business in person, he takes precautions. He wears light armor and usually keeps a few gadgets that will help him get out of bad situations and will often use one of his bodyguards disguised as him to trick his enemies.*
