HOW MESSENGER OF Allah (P.B.U.H.) USED HIS HANDS blog - M-Yousaf-C

Mother A’ishah (May Allah be pleased with her) narrates:
“The right hand of our Exalted Prophet (p.b.u.h.) was for cleaning and eating food while the left hand for the restroom and cleansing. When the Messenger of Allah (p.b.u.h.) picked something up, he used his right hand. Again, when he gave something, he gave it with his right hand. Our Prophet liked using his right side. When he was going to do something, he used his right hand; he would first put on his right shoe; he stepped into the mosque first with his right foot; when distributed something to a congregation, he began from the right thereof. Further, when he wanted to start doing some job, he first pronounced the Formula of Basmalah (i.e. in the Name of Allah).”
