Originally scanned from the pages of the Halo Encyclopaedia I reconstructed the image as some of the detail and its true length are lost through the spine of the book, not sure if this is a concept image or a snap of the 3D model from the Games FMV, I've never found this image online so it appears the book is the only source.
Original artist would be Blur Studios and copyrighted by 343 Industries and Ensemble.
