After escaping to darkscape by car, should I have gone to Dark Valley through Cordon or just straight back past the military I just ran from?
Just got to the part where you rescue Fox and decided to just shoot all the sin guys to ****. Will this affect my rep with them or are they always hostile?
No offence but I don't think this 2012 update is happening. The last complete mod for Call of Pripyat was abandoned and left broken and buggy so I don't see the devs coming back to this. I would love to be proven wrong though
Dezowave team I am very grateful for all the work and professionalism you are putting in to this project. I have one question if you can answer it, will we be able to switch the shoulder over which the aiming is done in Third Person (like in SC Chaos Theory) to make shooting and peeking round corners easier? I took them them out with nothing but an sks and lots of f5. Draw them outside the base and then sit on the bridge picking them off. Good luck
Anybody know what new quests have been included? I have heard talk of this Alun's Journal but I haven't found it anywhere and I've literally scoured the whole of Zaton (heard someone say it was on Noah's barge but couldn't find it).
Haha yeah it's expensive to repair but whatever damages it usually ends up paying for it anyway
I have to say this game becomes much easier after you acquire the right equipment. I spent ages grinding for an Exo from Nimble and a SSP99 helmet to go with it and now I can literally stand in group of snorks taking free hits at me without losing the slightest bit of health, only armour durability.
Nice to hear there will be compatibility patch. It would be quite a pain to start again for some people I'm guessing (including me)
Hmm not sure if anyone's found this yet but if you equip the handheld flashlight, go into third person and then go back into first person, the flashlight will disappear but switching to another weapon will make the light stay on like a headlamp. To switch the light off you then have to equip and un-equip the torch. Hope this gets patched and I'm really enjoying the mod by the way!
This is because of the scripted Pseudo-dog spawn when you take the artefact, it was like this in vanilla as well. Try some psy blocking stuff maybe and just climb up the ladder and get out of that place as quickly as possible.
Although I have refrained from using it I would like to bring to the devs attention the exploit which can be used to make infinite money because OG-7 warhead proximity explosive can be sold for more than it is bought for from Owl resulting in endless profit for the player
Also it is impossible to use this explosive without blowing yourself up instantly when placing it
Is there any point in hoarding damaged weapons in this mod or should I just get rid of them because the repairs cost quite a lot
LA Voice Collage 1:25 "on authority of the ministry of defense and Gorbachev himself". Gorbachev was in power between 1985 and 1991. Does this mean we're going back to the disaster itself in 1986 or even before it? Now that would be quite cool!
Quick question. Will the Harpy monster actually be able to fly as it's name suggests? It would make for some scary scenes because you get so used to just looking for danger on the ground. It would add whole new dimension (hehe) of fear!

Just an idea but if you could create your own stashes it would be cool to have a system that synced other users stashes with your own so you could loot them. Would make for some fun searching time like SS collector.

GSC no longer exists therefore No one (at least to our knowledge) owns Xray therefore Dezowave can publish standlone game on Xray = Win! :)

Because levels such as X16 and Agroprom Underground will be connected with surface without a level changer does that mean mutants/npc's will be able to travel/migrate freely between the two areas or will there be some sort of restriction?
