Trying to install FCOM for Oblivion

I'm currently trying to install FCOM for Oblivion (Tes IV) and am having troubles. I followed the instructions on Oblivionmodwiki.com
and it isn't working. Im getting a CTD when I try to launch oblivion. I did a Clean install, (Uninstalled Oblivion SI and all DLCs then reinstalled)
I probably did a huge mistake so if you could help, help please. I'm going to try and reinstall it *sigh*
Lol, I think I accidentals deleted SI
