The development of our rooftop survival/RTS Morvennan has come along in leaps and bounds over the last 2 weeks. Following three major changes of gameplay and a heroic amount of effort from the programmers and artists, the lingering issues and stubborn bugs are almost ironed out. We have integrated a new background for the menus and the gameplay is finally synching up with what we were imagining. Small bands of player controlled peasants charge across the rooftops, securing resources and alternately chasing and outmanoeuvring the enemy, all the while battling the ever-encroaching tides of undead.

Some gameplay changes include:
- archery towers at each player's base now keep away any bastards attempting to set up camp.
- capturing buildings is now faster and easier, and you get an instant top up of troops for your trouble
- you can now have an additional noble for every blacksmith you've captured
- there is a unit cap of 5 peasants that can be increased by capturing more bakeries

These changes will make the game more fun while increasing the impact of capturing resource buildings. Morvennan is now more about what we originally planned it to be. The process has been hard but we're almost there. Look forward to the release date next week!
