with dx 9 the mod runs -- with dx10 & dx11 it crashes at the start, but my computer runs crysis easily!

my game crashes only at the start when the graphics are on dx11, it runs with dx9 or dx10
my pc runs crysis easily, but i have a ATI Graphic card,maybe that's the problem.
need help (sry for bad english)

I installed the mod, but when i klick "Start a new Game" and choose the difficulty, the game crash --> i can only close it with ctrl+alt + delete
