I think its still pretty impressive to show them your portfolio - even if its "just" with XNA games.
It tells them that you're passionate and already expierienced in game-programming.
Maybe its not the same, but something similar happend to me a while ago:
I applied for a job at a software-developer and showed them a C++ game I was currently working on - and he was perfectly fine with that.

By the way, Android does not decide what content you can enjoy, you can copy your self-written apps (or downloaded, whatever) onto you phone (via USB) and use a app-installer (get it free from the android-market)

Only one thing - could you add the location to the serverlist?

I play all my games on english, even if this isnt my native language.
Most of the time, the voice acting is best on english.
Best example is 'Half Life 2'.
It rocks on english and sucks on german.
Everyone who watched the intro on german knows what I mean ;D
