Thanks!
Thanks!
I have a problem that was brought up before (without a solution). My units are retreating without any real reason. Seemingly random divisions retreat at seemingly random intervals, regardless of unit type, status or nation. This heavily increases the amount of micromanagement I need to do, as I can't be sure that a defensive battle will be successful, even with percentages of 0.10 to 2560. Also, while usually this simply is a large nuisance, other times it can completely mess up a defensive line.
Organisation is basically always full, strength also, power balance is sky high in my favor... I've checked every reason I know or found for retreating, but none of those fit what I've seen. I can make a screenshot tomorrow if you wish.
Probably some kids getting their kicks.
Haha, what. That happened in Silent Hunter IV, in reality it was sunk near Okinawa by aircraft.
Yes, it seems like an AAV.
There is, it just doesn't handle the new units.
Awwww yeah! Downloading now, thanks :D
I'm so damn excited for this. You got me at "pure military campaign", been following you ever since :)
I love you guys.
Haha, I actually live in Pécs :D You're doing great guys :)
You know, the music did remind me of the song played at The Grand Cathedral in Serious Sam - TSE. Then I checked the title of your mix :D Nevertheless, good job on everything :)
The huge concrete bunker with the generator in the corner? That's Skynet :D It's self powered, that's why it has that reactor looking thing.
Excellent, thanks for the update guys!
Oooh, fancy :D
When I was around a few years back, Boidy didn't make particle FXs as far as I know. Now they are awesome :D
Rereading it myself, it is messed up. Sorry :)
Download and install this:
Games.softpedia.com
Then this (readme says what goes where):
Dl.dropbox.com
Then you should be good to go.
About that news post...
I've been using TFD for quite some time now, and I've ran into a multitude of problems, depending on PC-specs, OS and such. I have a general fix for all of those problems already prepared.
First install the unofficial 1.03 Rev2 TFD patch. That is assuming you have a clean install. Link:
Then you install a package of 2 fixes which I found/put together myself (don't remember). Link's here, read the Readme.txt:
If you decide not to trust my hosted link, it's ok, I'll tell you what it actually contains. It's a nocd fix (my TFD didn't find my disk most of the time + convenience) and an options.ini file for a very specific problem concerning compatibility of SAGE engine games and certain PC builds on Win7/Vista. The error causes the splash screen to load for a long time and crash (took me damn long to find the solution). Yes, it kinda does work on BFME too. Theoretically the TFD patch should suffice, but these two fixes pretty much cover everything I ran into, and I've already seen it solve problems on all ~10 systems that had any.
This is a general fix, for all mods of every shape and size on every OS, all the PC builds it's been tested on and I sure hope it works for you. Feel free/you are encouraged to spread it around.
Enjoy! :)
Great vid, also Sabaton oh yeah! :)
Vista and SAGE have problems with eachother when used by a machine which tweaks/overclocks performance OR it's the GeForce 8800, I don't know really.
Szevasz, ritka a magyar a Moddb-n, főleg a stratégiás :D

I've made a shipment conversion too, but it went away with about 2 other finished maps :S I tried to make an exact copy (with the out of game area places too) and it was kind of good, but shipment is too small for Far Cry 2. Also what's your problem with the FC2 editor?
only a n00b says n00b so probably you are one. just press the download button and it works ...
Reasons of more files: 1: It would be too large if it were compiled.
2: some have the maps or core already and they don't need to dl the whole again. And not everybody has 25 mbit+ net to download 2 gigs just like that.
And the dl time is individual problem, not the fault of the Project team.
you should have done something wrong with/patching, installing or whatever. Remove other mods if you can. it happened to me too.
And I'm sure they've played their own mod once so it's not bad.
Micromanagement is unrealistic and stupid. Point.
Get WiC, what you are talking about is tactics. Strategy is how you build and manage your economy. And If you played CnC, then you know it's not a spam fest, unless you let your enemy do that. But then there are REAL skill problems. I should stop reading comments on moddb.
well, map editors are usually a Pain in the A$$, (Titan quest) but it has immense comp requirement, so that can be a possibility of lagging
Complex is the best mod out there for HW2. I play some very nifty matches with my friend too and to those who think that something is inbalanced, think it over the complex way.
