please let me know what you tried doing.
I suggest that you download the mod, it will appear as a .zip file
find a .zip file opener of choice and have it be opened into your new file.
open the file where the unzipped game is and try to run the game
the game will run if there was no error with unzipping.
please let me know if this works.

Hey, Do you have any idea how to add new voices to OpenRA? whenever I try to use a .wav file the actor just does not play the audio. I also love your work with Combined Arms by the way.
