When broken up into sections of color (on the texture sheet it's actually 6 different boxes of color) I can find in minutes that could potentially take hours. When I first started skinning I would take that long looking for obscure parts on a model.

Do you think this method work on editing vehicles skin too? Because it's good idea tho.

Yes it's very ugly. XD ..But helps in the texturing process because sometimes gun parts on the texture map are hard to find.
