Okay fair enough. If anyone else has this issue, completely reloading the game and playing from the last save point fixes it. I've had it happen in the regular game before but as of the last patch they fixed the two spots I've found you could fall through. I don't know what the problem is, I've had it happen once in another custom story. <.> I don't know if it the same spots every time or it just fails to load a floor area.

-I've had it happen in the building with the graveyard, the first hallway on the right, right after you open the door. There was a small patch of missing floor, could hop over it.
-Hospital, 2nd floor I think, room on the far end on the right, there's a health or sanity potion on the far table. Entire floor in this room was missing which I could tell by throwing items.
-First dark silent hill area, there were no monsters the first time in small rooms where you have to move the large box and moved it out of the way, freaked me out when I just replayed now and there was .-.. After defeating the monster in the long hallway the room at the end it teleports too was completely missing the floor. I saw the save point RIGHT there and I was like NOOOOO!
