I'm a computer artist and I enjoy to eat cakes and drive motorcycle as well. My "career" as level designer / computer artist started with simple maps made for Wolfenstein Enemy Territory and right now I make models in blender.
My pseudonym "macchute" comes from the biome "macchia", because I like the biome the most and in my opinion it sounds exotic and cool. Also it sounds a little bit like machete, and a big knife is always cool, right?
I'm intersted in runes, history, biology and architecture.
I started the winter map competition of TheWolfTeam a month ago or something like that, but sadly people just got out of the competition and then the only person left was Devilsrighthand. So we extended the time of the competition. The deadline is set to 30th January now. A little fuck up so to say. But as Devilsrighthand actually finished on time I decided to reward him with an extra point.
And my new game, Amfibie Frontier, is going forward, I've almost made 4 models so I'm almost done with the assets, right?! Haha, but at least I've made around 100 handprinted textures for my models :P. And I met a really nice guy at the neoaxis forum and he told me that he could help me to convert map files from radiant into mesh models for neoaxis engine! Wow, that's not only nice but cool too!!!
Ehm? Why do I write this?, hahaha, I don't care, naw I press "post".
