The Edain Mod takes the game to a whole new level.
There's so much new content and with Edain 4 the old gameplay of The Lord of the Rings: The Battle of Middle-earth I comes back.
The modding team works with it's fanbase and try to realize their wishes.
So first of all there's a lot of content [new heros, gameplay, units, buildings, factions...] and with this you have a real different feeling, playing the addon the rise of the witchking.
Also the mod is in english and german. I only can talk about the german version, but the f.e. the integration of the new heros and units [so what they say, animations, stats and so on] is really good and it tries to focuse on the real lord of the rings history [so not just on movies].
As many other here told it - if you want to make a really deep and new experience - TRY IT.
[you will understand easily who it works, also the installation is without any problem]

Positiv:
- tons of new features
- new units/buildings
- innovations (like the new ressource or the imperial wall)
- music (apocalytic nice)

Negativ:
- some features (like the wincondition that disable relic units) aren't working
- when the "imperial wall cannon" fires at enemys, the gun turns to the opposite direction (so when the enemy comes from the right site, it turns left)

(When a mod is this great and nice, you even look on the litte things)
Most of all I like:
- the recruitable honor guard (if you enable it)
- the Reaver Titan
(some other units - to reduce the review)
- the new win conditions and maps
In conclusion, it's a must have for every soulstorm-fan.
