Wow this is a lot better and fits the lore, in the end the Initiative was a joint project between all races. Are you keeping the faction system via research? If so I got an idea for the Systems Alliance.
Instead of having 2 Berlins (reserve or refit) make the Berlin the stock cruiser while the Geneva is unlocked at Lv 2 Research and choosing preserve or sacrifice will buff the Berlin differently.

Preserve: “the battle of the Citadel proved to the Alliance directive the need of a dedicated EWAR/ECM vessel, as the Berlin is an aging out ship and being replaced with the new Geneva Cruiser the Alliance decided to reuse the Berlin for this role, refitting them with top of the line electronic warfare systems and firewalls to protect the vessel.” (a bit of lore :D) so choosing this will grant the Berlin an active ability that debuffs enemies (for example reducing the rate of fire, turning speed and max speed) and perhaps as now Udina is the head of the council the Alliance gets softer restrictions about technology limitation which gives also a damage buff for the main gun of the Berlin (?).

Sacrifice: “the battle of the Citadel proved to the Alliance directive how unprepared they were to long engagements and the need of a dedicated support vessel to improve the chance of survival for the fleets. The remaining Berlins where refitted with top of the line drone control systems and a vast amount of drone wings that made on-site repairs if needed” and this would give the Berlins an active ability to repair friendly vessels and perhaps equip them with cyclonic barriers (?).

Hello Team, you have probably tought this but the Cerberus escape faction could have some Vasari Loyalist mechanics, like, moving the capital to the Hecate and that Captial Ships generate resources? i think that will give them that flavour of "Escape".

Dear SotP team, i got a question regarding the (soon™) upcoming brute faction, are you going to use all current covenant ships but with a reskin?, or you are going to replace some of the ships with others that are unique to the faction?, i ask this because i don't see the brutes using the super cruiser or the battleship (these are specialized ships and probably are not as common as the assault carrier, or other ships).

Also i don't know how far your concept of the faction is, but i see it:

Slow tanky ships with more fire power compared to covenant ships, but at the expense of fire rate and range. I think this as in HW2 the scarab and the lich apear to be leaking plasma from the main weapon, also the beam has a different coloration wich can mean the weapon is overloaded so it has more power, more energy consumption and a higher maintenance rate. This happens again with the brute plasma rifle (the red one) wich fires faster than the comon blue plasma rifle.

Also slower research rate.

I hope this helps if you are no that far in the faction concept.

Good day mod team, i have a problem, when i try to build a supercap (yes i have supercap enabled, and the proper ship researched) the game keeps saying "prerequisite research not met", the most strange thing is that the AI can build the supercaps, yesterday i fought against a Koros Strohna. It's not like you need the supercaps but some times they could come handy. If this problem is because i'm committing mistakes then please lend me a hand.

I think that is a waste of time featuring the larvae as a unit as it can be destroyed by a small ground group. ..better using it in the tab research for cerberus synt

Good day SotP team, i have found your mod excellent, let me congratulate you for the voice acting i like a lot that the UNSC have different accents, like the destroyer seems to be russian or ucranian (it's hard to distinguish them) or the marathon british but i'm not sure about the orion is it indian or spanish? (haha)...well anyway i have only found an error, i had an UNSC cap ship named "Uno Momento" i know you translated "One Moment" to spanish but actually the translation would be "Un Momento"; it's a common mistake cuz spanish has lot of grammatical #@$%. The other thing is shouldn't the plasma torps travel slower? if my memory doesn`t fail me, in the first battle of sigma octanus Keyes manages to dodge 2 plasma torps and then used them to take down the shield of the cov destroyer, or in the second battle when after the first MAC barrage the craddle blocks the incoming torps; also they mention that the torps are slow... and finally when you start working on the post halo3-4, instead of calling the titans...titans (hmm) you could call them Flagships? i guess you have already thought that, keep up the amazing work, this alpha actually feels like a full version so i can't imagine whats next :'D

I think that keeping the yellow is better, it's cannon and also looks better but maybe using cyan for the titan in the syntesis faction would be cool as you said that faction uses prothean, collector and reaper tec, but i dunno

So i just read the codex and it talks only about figthers and interceptors, fighters equiped with distuptor torpedoes and interceptors optimized to take down figthers, maybe instead of making a bomber, sleeking the fighter so it could look as an interceptor and adding to the fighter torpedoes on the wings? Just an idea. Great mod btw u're awsome (as almost every one who follows the mod says every day ;D)
