That's a shame. Maybe after some of the rumored "performance enhancements" SOE has planned you'll be able to play it on a lower setting. It's a fun game.
As for the song... man, I have had this track in my music library for as long as I can remember. (meaning, I don't remember where I got it) =P
The music is, I think, from a game called Alvarion, or maybe it's the name of the composer.
I'll see if I can find it again on the internet.
