I have to say all the new additions are awesome, the pop and vehicle caps being changed to greater and lesser demons with those icons, the integration of dow 2 models, and the hq seems more appropriate too.

The scar code in the daemons mod 2.0 version, (while in beta) that allows only one chaos daemons player to have Angron is a very good idea, and i hope you will keep that whenever 2.0 get's integrated.
My thoughts exactly on the daemon lord, make sure you post these to the forums.
Might disagree with you on this one cylarne, its really the play-style people want to engage in by restricting nukes, we want to have the option to fight ground wars with high level units without our bases being nuked, basically it would be good to able to fight in the middle than from the outside.
Strange ai behaviour after this, the daemons seemed gimped, and don't build angron or high tier units at all, at least the last 5 matches i played against and with them.

It would be a lie to say i wasn't very mildly offended, do you think a mild level of offence was justified? Do you think the phrase 'Don't get your panties in a bunch" is more likely to provoke or not provoke a level of defence regardless of 'intent"?
As for the lynchguard, yes i do like it, and it serves a role (Guardian squad for commander) which is fluff based and fills in necessary unit gaps in the Necron model list (But the Eliminator warriors don't and are just quickly done units that arent necessary) , i juts don't agree with it being added because it's mostly a kitbashed necron lord, considering the quality of most of the other models in the mod i think we can do better, and i actually have a plan i messaged cylarne about, and posted to the community, that involves everyone making a contribution to get any and all high quality models for UA.
I think maybe just adding the arbites and other units, but not replacing the sisters models, unless they significantly reduce the resolution, the models are just too high res and i can easily see them crashing the game.
So say for example, taking out acro flagents, and adding them to the SOB in UA, is that acceptable?
Really?! The decision to allow public use, but not use in a mod, are virtually identical rights. I highly disagree with that decision if that is the case, and chastise it, as profit generating value = 0. But whatever they want, would love to have an actual open discussion about something like this with the content owners, to really get down to the reasons and justifications behind their terms. (BTW if someone takes issue with my viewpoint, don't comment "What's done is done, you can't force anyone to anything" actually read what i posted, and you will know thats not what i'm saying at all)
The witch hunters mod has been finally given permission for public use! (Check the mod front page) I hope you guys will ad some of their units into UA.

What was the best indication that my panties were in a bunch? The part where i insulted someone? Or used foul unnecessary language? Or the part where i prefaced my honest feedback with a respectful caveat? Yes, i got the point that the Lynchguard where added in intentionally not finished, i was saying that they just shouldn't be added until they are done, as i think having uncompleted units ingame as a pointless thing, and i dont play with them because they are uncompleted, and the eliminator warrior i also felt are unnecessary, i'm allowed to have an opinion, and i voiced my opinion with respect and without any "emotional turmoil" moving me, so if theres anything else you want me to do for my next comment, let me know now.
Regarding the lynchguard and the eliminator warriors, can they please be removed on the count of:
1.The lynch guard just arent finished it yet, no shield, dispersion sword, unique animations.
2. Necrons do not have Eliminators warriors in the fluff,and they just don't need sergents, it dosent really work, plus the model really is just a quick kitbash with the Necon warrior being given the immortals gun.
Some content is not better than uncompleted/unnecessary content, while being completely respectful and appreciating the work that has been put into this thing, i have to say, the more unfinished content, or unneeded just "thrown in their" content, or unfluffy stuff that gets added really puts me off from the mod personally, it just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. If content is not ready, or you feel like just adding something new that isn't new at all (Eliminator warriors) just don't add it, we can wait.
Ive seen the Demons ai in the past, make the hearald of tzeetch all the time, with no crashes whatsoever. Are you sure its what crashes the game and not something else? Cause as someone who only plays against ai its a shame to have them nerfed a bit.
I think the Erathis sound mod for the sisters of battle should be added to UA.
Again as i commented on the last one. I don't think this should be added in IMO, the dark eldar do not have titans and we already have enough content in the game that is not in the lore, i feel the game benefits from this, as races need unique capabilities to stand out, dark eldar dot not need more titan's, they are very powerful raiders, i don't believe we need to try and "Even it out" by giving more titans to races that don't have any, instead of making cobbled together models i think the focus should be on differentiating the factions with their own unique play styles and abilities that reflect the 40k universe.
In short, i think if you want to add titan like units to the game, unless a model of the lore one exists or can be made, or if they don't have any in cannon, don't make them.
I did, i stated if you stick to your decision, thats how it is. I just thought the decision was worthy of a bit of criticism, because it seems a little hypocritical to me, just calling it how i see it, thanks for your time.
I'm not trying to be negative or disrespectful, and it's not just about the models, it's more the priceable of the situation, using copyrighted content is okay for most people only under certain moral circumstances it seems grabbing an album off of torrents (fine) a movie (fine) someone in your mod community (Completely unacceptable) despite the fact that their is zero monetising in it, so if i go ahead and make a private mod using the witch hunters (which for some reason is a okay) how many people can play it? Can watch me play it? Can i share with? 5? 10? 100? when does it become immoral? At what point?
Im just saying, by agreeing to hold onto this conviction, you/s are kind of behaving like the copyright industry giants, your just being selective about it, which apparently does not seem unethical to you/s.
Look if you refuse to use the models thats fine, i honestly still believe the situation isnt as straightforward as x owns y simply because of the environment in which the content was posted, the nature of the content, and the intent of the creators but i guess copyright is a moral absolute an isn't subject to hazy situations where principles aren't so clear or mandatory.
I would like to be proactive about it, maybe we can make a Reddit post or something asking for the creators to contact us and get the community to help get it on he front page for maximum visibility.
I will say this though, the modellers posted non-profit, materiel in a public access forum said no one can use it (despite the fact that you can make zero profit off of it, seriously how is it any different to just downloading the mod and playing it? How is that different to adding to one of your own mods if credit is given? There isn't any, it's a gameplay extension, be funny to watch them try and "sue" you for using it) and never came back or contacted anyone ever again.

Oh that's fine i don't want those things removed, but i would prefer if we don't add any more unfriendly lore stuff to the game, and add lore friendly units instead. :)
I know i'm minority opinion here but i feel like dark eldar shouldn't have titans, they don't in the lore at least and it makes sense, i think the focus should made on filling in the gaps with other units and keeping things mostly lore friendly i know no one will agree with me on this one but i though i might voice my opinion on it anyway

Don't worry, i havent actually hired anyone yet, i'm just talking to freelancers but yes we could defiantly plan it a bit better i did get a little ahead of myself.
I understand what you mean, but it is a visual, spatial thinking type of process, one that i don't excel at, either way i'm look into some cheaper modellers (less reliable).
