I'm currently playing an Empire character and have taken a chunk of Bretonnia (they started it, I finished it), and I'm using MLW to make a new Imperialised Bretonnian roster based on late 15th century French and English.
Would you be up for people making submods to fix the visuals to book accurate? Mostly just the baffling plate armours and curved Elven swords.
Because they're not at all a good fit for the era. By WW1 they were four or five (depending on what you count) generations behind new ships. They would've been completely and utterly useless against even the oldest ships in combat usage in WW1.
Yeah I'm looking forward for the main mod to have them. I've seen screenshots for Franco-Prussian war submod, is that released somewhere?
Hi, I've been playing the older version that's on the Steam Workshop, and been following the development for a bit, and have a question. I'm looking at playing with breech-loading rifles, and as far as I can gather, none of the newer currently worked on versions have them yet, at least for all factions. Which of the submods out there are at least semi-complete and have breech-loading tech?
... The base game only really has three, six if you're feeling generous enough to claim the subfactions as different enough. The original game was good with only three with no subfactions. You're the problem.
Is Unequal Treaties the only version so far with breechloading firearms?
Don't know if this is still being worked on, but just downloaded v6 and 6.2, followed all instructions, and tested the weapons out on the firing range. Almost all the weapons stuff is working, but couple of issues I spotted, if I could check if this is an issue with the installation or just the game.
The plasma rifle doesn't have the changes listed. Don't mind this, can just not use it.
The muzzle flashes on the pulse rifles half the time is in the wrong place, rather than the barrel, appears too close the to PC's eye. I really like the pulse rifle, so if there's a fix for this, would make things a lot better.
Is there a way to edit ship line up at all? Just want to put the Lunar Cruiser back in for the Imperial Navy for lore reasons, as it's the most common cruiser in the whole galaxy, I really want to keep playing with it.
Also, is there a way to edit to remove the Tau presence in the campaign? I really want to keep things lore friendly.
In the custom locations file it says that some were removed to make them work. Through testing, ALL of the custom battle locations from the base mod are working, it's the images that aren't. By changing the battlefield_pics option of each map to one of the working maps, they're all playable. Didn't want to experiment copy pasting the original pics folder in case that broke something, but it's definitely possible to have more custom battle locations.
Not working from the application. Asks if kingdoms.exe is in my folder. It is, other mods that launch from batch files work fine. Assuming it's because my game folder isn't under C or Program Files. LAA is done, shortcut is done.

No. Best option is just go to Discord. Don't expect them to do all the work. Just a little effort on your behalf, to go to somewhere far better for interacting.
Then Bannerlord came out and killed the development of this mod.
I'm getting an RGL error. Says Klappvisor_1_n is missing. I've tried redownloading all files, and it's not in any there.
I have an issue with the exact same texture. It's not CTDing, but I get an error message. I've tried downloading again.

Hey, playing this mod again, but this time it's on a potato of a computer. It runs fine on low details apart from when House Dagoth troops are on screen, which causes severe lag. Sometimes get a bit off of undead, but nowhere near as bad. Do you know any way to get around this? No worries if not, as setting up troops is fine when camera isn't looking at their troops, so can still play on, but if there is a way to sort this, please tell me!

I'm running Disable Heroes by itself and it makes the game very prone to crashing. Was fine running it without any minimods.

Nope, sorry. It's British Armstrong and French la Hitte artillery that causes crashes. Looking at the files, it appears to be the crew models that are causing it.

The US didn't enter until the final year of the war, and at the start of the war had a lot of pro-German sentiment, it was by no means sure they'd join the war at all, and not entirely certain which side they'd join on, at least at first.
