Why would they care if people cheated in a story map? Cheating is only a problem in competitive multiplayer. Makes no sense.
If theres no possible work around, maybe someone can get in touch with the devs with an email and see what they say about it.
A shame to see the mod cancelled. I was looking forward to both.
I love the art of this game, and the concept seems really cool, but I can't find any information about the gameplay. I'm picturing it much like Wind Waker, where you fly from island to island, meeting interesting people and fighting things. I was wondering what you guys envision it being or link me to where you talk about your gameplay?

I buy from steam, but I give myself limits. It has to be discounted under $5, it must have atleast a 7 or above on game review sites and I judge it by peoples opinions on the steam forums. Just so I'm not paying a fortune on games. I have many to play and no time as it is.

Hey, life happened again. Going to a University, got 2 jobs, etc. We should stop promising monthly updates because it never seems to happen. That being said, BS isn't completely dead yet.
The menu is the same as UT3's. If you go to Instant Action or Singleplayer (can't remember what it's called), the gamemode Campaign should be there. If that isn't there, make sure UT3 is patched to the last version and you extracted the mod to the correct spot.

Oh yeah.. It's tricky to show the player where to go, not make it too obvious, and keep it looking good. Seamless.

Great critique epischersieg, I can agree with you on all of it. The AI and NPC's will definitely be the biggest change in the next release. I was sad to release with a place holder for the monster, which is the biggest part of a game.
Pretty much everything after the collapsed cave lighting was dreadful. My friend spent about 3 mins walking around in circles wondering where the hell to go till I realized this. Its fine for me because I made the damn thing. If Micah comments, he'll tell you he warned me from the beginning, haha.
The layout should stay the same, but I'm changing alot to what would fit a mine and caves so its not just a mess.
I understand what you mean with the weapons. Its alittle bit of everything, but its the sounds that need to be abit deeper, imo.

TA is the best RTS ever. It makes me happy that theres still a community out there for it modding. Keep at it :D
This is a problem that ATi cards have with UT3. Dynamic shadows are used alot more in our mod than the game, so its much more noticable. Unfortunately the only way to fix it is to turn off Dynamic Shadows in the video settings.
EDIT: Thanks for mentioning this. I added it to the troubleshooting.
You build off of UT3's code and all of their assets can be used as well. If your making a pistol, you simply build off of UT3's enforcer. If your mod is alot like Team Deathmatch, you build off UT3's TDM, etc. It does not require replacing EVERYTHING. It depends on what your making. Most Total Conversions are very different from UT3, therefore requiring alot of replacing.
