Hey, I just wanted to point out that I'm not getting any 'notifications' of what's going on in the game. It's not telling me who died, or who got captured, or anything like that. I hope this can be fixed soon.

If so, creating a few new factions might be a good idea so long as you're able to balance everything out.

I'm on 157 days on this play-through and the crusaders are dealing a lot of damage, nothing too serious but at least now they have a fighting chance. If you ask me, I think you should remove the default locked alliance for the Ayyubids and Seljuks, but you should probably have a game yourself to see if certain units need to be nerfed or buffed.

Well, how is it that every time I play the crusaders lose all of their capitals and most of their holdings? The Knights Hospitaller have lost all their holdings and I can't recruit anyone.

I'm going to restart this game and remove the locked alliance between Ayyubids and Seljuks; I'll see if there is any change in trend.

I'm not reading a block of text just to find that there might be a chance you've added this specific option, you don't have to be a **** every time you reply.

Regardless, the locked alliance between the Seljuks and Ayyubids shouldn't be left on default, historically Saladin betrayed the Seljuks and formed his own Ayyubid dynasty, there should be no reason that they'd be allies, let alone locked allies.

I've read through the comments and haven't seen anyone mention that the crusaders are overpowered. I'm having probably my 5th game with this mod so far and every time I play the crusaders pretty much get wiped out.

I'll repeat, it has severe faction power balancing issues and it must be remedied, until then it is broken.

I don't think you realise how impossible it is to play as the crusaders, we're outnumbered and under attack from the start, and now the Turks and Ayyubids are locked allies which only makes things even more incredibly harder to play, we've lost all capitals except for Acre which barely survived a 2:1 assault, and only because I was there to jab 85 of them to death with a lance until they lost enough men to call quits.

I'd suggest you get rid of the locked alliance for the Turks and Ayyubids, maybe add Byzantine or Armenian Silicia and move the Seljuks a bit more to the east. The mod is simply broken in terms of the faction strength balance, do whatever you feel you should do to remedy this issue.

Actually in both my games the Ayyubid Sultanate allied with Kingdom of Jerusalem, it might have something to do with their proximity to each other. I like a challenging, but balanced mod, keep it as it is but I don't want the Ayyubids taking over the entire map within a few months.

If anything, I'd just add more factions for the Ayyubids to keep themselves occupied with so that the crusaders have some air to breathe.

The mod is great and all, but it's very imbalanced. The Ayyubid Sultanate starts off with like 70% of the map under control with a lot more vassals, Iv'e had two games so far and the Ayyubid Sultanate just swallows up everything within a few months. Maybe you should add Cilicia where the Sultanate of Rum is and add Sultanate of Rum north of it, you could also add the Abbasid Caliphate of Baghdad to sort of add more factions and resistance to the Ayyubid Sultanate.

I think that might balance the game and add more variety to it.

Well, I joined a faction and that faction lost every fief it had. I'm at a loss, I think I should just hire 100 mercenaries and go for a weak castle.

I guess the mod is still 'playable', but it's a lot more harder and annoying to play with the bug. The mod is great and all and I wouldn't mind tracking down which mod the bug is coming from if you give me a list of mods used to make the mod possible (Iv'e added you on Steam btw).

Same thing is happening even when I disable Bandit Heroes, I suggest you try to find the mod that created this bug and to fix it soon because it just makes the mod unplayable.

Hey great mod by the way, Iv'e just got a bug issue which is based on the 'notifications' you're supposed to get when you kill someone or gain exp, etc...

I can't see any of it, so I have to restart the game and play for a bit until the bug comes up again and I have to restart it again like a never-ending cycle. Could you fix this soon?

Alright, I went through the mod and found a few things that need fixing up.

1. The map - We want a Balkan map.

2. When we first choose where we start off, it has the default nations in place (Nords, Rhodoks, Sarranids, etc...). Change it to your chosen nations.

3. The units are exactly the same as the default but with different names. Change the units model.

4. When you fall in battle, you can not move the camera around the battlefield. Change it so we can move around.

5. Make sure EVERYTHING is historically correct.

That's all, I'd give it a 1/10 for now. Make sure you really do fix these issues up, this mod has a lot of potential.

I don't know what you're talking about, there's nothing wrong with the range of crossbows. I have four levels of power draw, my power strike is five.

Great mod, really love it so far, except for the lag, but I can deal with it (I used to play M&B Warband on 4 fps lol). My only problem is the fact I can't upgrade my Norwegian Freeman to something higher, but I see Norwegian lords with different Norwegian units.

Could someone explain this to me?

I'd also like Iceland, Finland and Russia to be factions.
