Yes you should. I took most of their functionality and put them inside my mod. Those files will override my modded work.

For sure if I get a better computer set up, honestly I want to get back to this game it means a lot to me still.
If you do not have the game Lord of the Rings Battle For Middle Earth but you want to try it. Check this link out:
The description above details all changes: in summary, new abilities, bodies stay on the field a bit, larger population, physics changes, and adding in features left out in the original game but were still present in the code.
I replied to you in full on the discord, but I will make variations of my mod that can address these points
Figured out reason why the Amon Hen evil mission crashed, the issue comes from the fact I included a file that adjusts the camera distance that dysnched with the base games files. I have supplied the fix for this issue :)
What does the error message say about it?
I am not sure how you got this error, do you have the patch switcher? because that may effect how my mod works
I will look into this to see if it crashes on my end see if I have an issues.
Big reason I did not change unit scale was because single monster units become obsolete when standard infantry swarms them. Heroes are better than they were before, but nowhere near op since armies can overrun them fairly easily in the mod.
Huh I might try that one day once i get a better rig.
While this mod is balanced towards and should be mainly played in a multiplayer setting, I am currently working on AI improvements to make the battles against the computer feel more challenging. I dare you all to find anything blatantly overpowered as I have given each faction the tools needed to play and fight against many different play styles.
Camera zooms out further back now with version 1.392.
For all those who have had issues with Amon Hen good campaign crashing, I have added all files needed to fix the problem on the file update download files. Thank you for playing
(The above comment from the guest is from me though I forgot to sign in before posting)
Sorry for not replying but I can see you got the fix, but I explained the issue in another post as a guest accidentally to clarify why that happens, thanks for understanding
Were all the files used from the updated list? But if this is a problem, some files in the download are not altered from the original game files so only a handful need to actually be replaced theoretically.
The animation bugs are already present in the base game and I am not the best at fixing them, I may look at the codes for BFME2 and see what I can do. Since the HD Edition is not owned by me, you can download it and install it to my mod since they are add on files instead of changing anything.
As stated in the description, this mod is not compatible with any of the unofficial patches, however the mod itself incorporates some codes from those patches
I currently added every possible file to the download that you could possibly need to remedy this issue so hopefully this will help.
I included it in the mod download which should work now without a disk.
using the game.dat file from patch 1.05 should allow for non disk play. I recently included it in the download files.
