I meant when you go to download it. there's a 20 second timer before your dl is scheduled to automatically begin. this is supposed to be a queuing feature to prevent overload. my question is what is the point in having it if all it does is gives you 20 seconds of hope. I'm well aware of the fact that the servers are overloaded
what's the point of having a dl countdown if nothing happens at the end?

any chance for some sort of hdr sound, similar to what's in DICE's Frostbyte engine?
yeah, but a tad more scalability would be nice, like including lower poly model and lot res texture settings. On my computer, the whole war turns into a slideshow, a pretty slideshow, but a slideshow nonetheless..

how "upcoming" is the upcoming release? a week? a month? end of the year? if it is so far off is there the possibility of releasing the first level, or is most of the work to be done all in the global coding? (aka effecting the whole game and not stuff like level design)
(and yes, I read the recent update, but that was a while ago...)
with all the engine tweaks, will I have to worry about accidentally getting VAC'd like Paranoia users?

hey, if you're just going to die like that, do you think you could at least release the alpha? that way the community can finish it, or something like that...
neat alpha, kinda too bad that some areas are not built yet and that the only weapon you get is the bow, but hey, that's why they call it an alpha, right?

won't it be a little like DOOM1 with the whole not looking up part? or is it set to freelook? Definitely either add a roof/skybox, even if it's a black texture for the inside area and the default hl2 skybox for the outside, it's better than, well...

tracking. what's the scalability of it so far? I can run ut3 on low, will the awesomeness of this game melt my puny little laptop?
why are these textures hd, while the outside ones are sd? is it to accommodate the massive amounts of vegetation? or are they older screens or what?

do you still need any and/or could use an extra voice actor? I can do anything from combat dialog to being that nameless redshirt who gets killed by zombies at the first opportunity...
do you need an american voice actor for the english version? I have a High quality mic and can send some voice samples to you (provided I have sample lines to work from of course)
just a bit of harmless nitpicking here... but the top right cloth looks far to wet to be in a game about the aral sea... but then again there are those underground segments that we aren't supposed to know about. So is it a bit of foreshadowing or just me thinking too much into it? (Wet or not, they look sweet!)

purdy. I am no goldsrc expert, by any means, so I was wondering, does goldsrc have a max polygon limit? (other than what your hardware can support, of course)
