Heard this mod is quite good for multiplayer but what's the ai like when facing a computer with the mod?

The early uruk hai are like the uruk hai raiders that appear in the Fellowship of the Ring. The more heavily uruk hai present in The Two Towers you unlock later in the campaign as Nicked99 said around turn 50. All the factions start with basic militia units with their better forces becoming available later in the campaign :)

Try uninstalling third age and run cc cleaner and a complete reinstall of third age 30.0 if not plenty of posts about problems especially on the TW Center page for Third Age :)

Have you downloaded version 2.0? If so delete it run cc cleaner and 3.0 is out. Fixed ui and now custom settlements in campaign, some in skirmishes :)

Yep should work mat be worth running a registry like CCleaner just to ensure all the files are removed after you've uninstalled both the mod and game. If these remain could cause an error again :)

Go to control panel and uninstall programs. Mod appears in 2 parts just run the uninstall for both parts of the mod and then the game.

To ensure all the files are mopped up download a registry like CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner)and run it.

Then reinstall :)

Depends on what other work the development team have, and the complexity and number of the problems the patch is designed to deal with. In other words whenever its ready :)

provide some more detail then "ive got it downloaded so y wont it work" otherwise not going be a lot of help.
1. What files exactly did you download?
2. Did you have a previous version installed?
3. Are you running it on steam?

These are what cause the most common problems.

You could probably put it in the mod yourself, believe there is a way to add your own music if you wanted however yeh the actual mod team couldn't do that due to copyright

Read through the list which will appear when you start a campaign and select the submods you wish to play with this. One of these allows you to start the game as Arnor.

Should be able to find the Third Age uninstaller if you go:
Control Panel - Add and Remove Programs
Should actually uninstall the mod and then just round a registry mechanic such as C Cleaner to mop up any left behind files :)

Just the download files whether you wish to keep them saved onto your computer or not, as you get with all installer downloads :)

Problem with installation.Downloaded the two parts fine. Every time however I click on one of them to start running the installation the mouse icon changes to loading and that's how it stays frozen I believe.For the record this is on vista any ideas?

BFME 1 was a good agme in my opinion had some problems like lack of units and scale, number 2 did suck. This mod is a hell of a lot better even with 2.1. Give time for 3.0 to come out (hopefully later this month) and you'll enjoy it hell of a lot more :)

Just looking through the pictures of Osgiliath. Dos it count has part is still built or all in ruins? Not sure if looking through the pics if Osgiliath can be rebuilt if taken by Gondor?

I'm all cool for waiting TATW 2.0 will do me for sometime just wanted see what new had been posted while I was away. The mod shall take as long as it takes and will make everyone appreicate it and the hard work 100% more :)

*sigh* if you read and looked before you posted you would have seen these are due for release in version 3.0 which hasent been released yet. Possible eta August however this isn't set in stone, be patient and you will be able to play these custom cities soon

They're taking the hobbits to Isengard :D Joys of skipping through the Riddermark killing few rohirm as you do. Do quite like Rhun though as well ^^
