Very cool mod, thank you for the effort! The only thing that looks a bit off is the crawling animation with a rifle in hand. Perhaps, rotating the weapon could help. Here's an example of crawling animations that look really good imo:

Do you plan on using Blindside's idle animations for checking the gun? When gun has jammed and you use the hotkey, an animation plays.

The White Walker invasion happens regardless of quests. It's only requisite is time passed.

It's the Targ invasion that depends on quests.

They become your companion when they get old enough.

The problem is, that path for AI has to be made for each castle separately. So, if they're running into a wall somewhere, that is a problem of 1 castle. That is why it would be good to report the names of castles.

Items not giving stats seems to be fixed for 3.0.

Well, changelog for 3.0 has a guy named "Ser Beron Grey", information about which I can't find. So he is a custom one.

Well, I can't say that my opinion is totally neutral, but man, you haven't played much mods, have you? How many of them have as much features and put into as this one? How many of them have so many high-quality items? How many of them don't have scenes that don't look like a nightmare of a madman? I would say 7, maybe 10. Out of five hundreds mods for Warband.

Party size depends on renown more. The mod inherited this from Brytenwalda and Viking Conquest. You won't raise an army while being a peasant in rags. Usually, after a hundred of days, one can easily host a band of 120 warriors. If one can pay and feed them.

'Unbalanced' is a vague statement. If you mean that AWOIAF is more punishing than other mods, then that is intentional. So is the world of the Game of Thrones. It's been under 4 years of constant tweaking. And it still under development.

Interestingly, there are way more complaints that weapons are too slow. Like axes and twohanders. Fast weapons can't deal as much damage and overall speed depends on the user very much. Stating which weapons would be a better comment.

I quickly looked through some NW adventures on youtube, I can't find any rangers in helmets. At least in first 2 seasons.

It seems that most of them wear cloth hoods. Some of the more stylish ones, like Qhorin Halfhand, wear something similar to ushanka.

As for the shields, they use small, muddy-grey round shields. Similar to the ones you've made for Unsullied, but smaller. You can see them in large amount in their armoury, so that could be a standart equipment for their soldiers. However, most of the crows don't use any shields, only 1:10 seem to have it. See the scenes of Jon training at Castle Black.

In this version, you don't need shadows for plants to be normal now.

But custom battles and mp don't have the shaders for plants, which causes this. This was already reported on awoiaf forums.

Your castle guards depend on your/your kingdom's culture.

Those files get corrupted every time you download or unzip the archive.

If redownloading can't help, try using a different archivator.
If nothing helps, you may want to check your HDD/SSD for bad sectors...
